October 6 - 7, Luxembourg. International Map Collector's Society visit to Archives Nationales for an exhibition of printed maps, town plans, and views, of Luxembourg and The Low Countries. A guided tour through the historic center of Luxembourg is also scheduled. Space is limited, so please email Rolph Langlais , or call +49 211 40 7 54.

October 6 - 7, Luxembourg. Virginia Garrett Lectures in the History of Cartography, at the University of Texas at Arlington. A joint, two-day meeting with the Texas Map Society. The Garrett Lectures are on the topic of Mapping the Sacred: Belief and Religion in the History of Cartography. On the second day, the Texas Map Society convenes its annual meeting.
