Antique Maps & Antique Prints Upcoming Events

January 13, New York. The New York Map Society meets at 2:30 pm at the New York Public Library, Room 117. Guest speaker Henry Serotin will discuss American Mapping of the Soviet Union, 1917-1960. RSVP to NYMapSociety@webtv.net.


January 18, Washington, DC. The Washington Map Society meets at 7:00 pm, Geography and Map Division, B Level, Library of Congress, Madison Bldg., 101 Independence Avenue. International transport engineer Lee Rogers will discuss The Railroads of Old Washington. The Washington in question is Washigton DC. Many railroads once served the city, and Mr. Lee's presentation will include historic maps and photographs. For further information, email Exhibitions Schedule.
