January 18, Washington, DC. The Washington Map Society meets at 7:00 pm, Geography and Map Division, B Level, Library of Congress, Madison Bldg., 101 Independence Avenue. International transport engineer Lee Rogers will discuss The Railroads of Old Washington. The Washington in question is Washigton DC.
