Hand-painted lithograph from Richard Bowdler Sharpe's Monograph of the Birds of Paradise, the culmination of John Gould's work, published between 1891 and 1898. A stunning print, showing the male and female of the species, displaying a dramatic, golden yellow color. Very good condition.
